Terms of Service

By accessing or using TOKE Wallet services from TOKE LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue use of the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

The TOKE Wallet is a digital online wallet for storing, sending, and receiving TOKE tokens and select cryptocurrencies. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet credentials, including Passkeys and 2FA methods. Wallets persist securely even if a device is lost, with HSM-backed cryptographic systems ensuring only you can access it.

Passkey authentication for wallet device access is strongly recommended. Passkeys provide enhanced security and transaction verification without requiring confirmation codes sent via SMS or email, which can be intercepted. Cryptographic authentication tied to your device reduces the risk of phishing and unauthorized access.

All transactions made through the TOKE Wallet are final, irreversible, and non-refundable. Once broadcast to the blockchain, transactions cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified. You bear sole responsibility for verifying recipient addresses and amounts. TOKE LLC assumes no responsibility for losses resulting from user error, including sending tokens to incorrect addresses.

Cryptocurrency transactions do not support chargebacks or reversals. You acknowledge that you cannot dispute or reverse a transaction once it has been confirmed on the blockchain.

You agree to:

• Use the wallet only for lawful purposes
• Avoid money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities
• Keep your account and Passkey credentials secure
• Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Cryptocurrency investments and transactions involve significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment. TOKE and other digital asset values fluctuate highly. You should not invest more than you can afford to lose. TOKE LLC provides no investment, financial, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOKE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, data, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the wallet after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
