How returns, refunds, and disputes are handled across the TOKE Wallet and payment network.
Last updated: August 2026
1. Introduction
TOKE LLC operates the TOKE Wallet and payment network for businesses accepting digital asset payments. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and disputes are managed across that network.
2. Transactions Are Final
All payments and transactions processed through the TOKE Wallet are final, irreversible, and non-refundable by TOKE LLC. Once blockchain confirmation occurs, TOKE LLC cannot cancel or reverse a transaction.
3. Payment Processing and Source of Funds
Payment sources such as cards and bank accounts are converted to TOKE or a similar currency for transfer to the merchant. TOKE LLC does not hold merchant funds or serve as an escrow; settlement happens directly via the blockchain.
4. Return Policies Are Set by Individual Merchants
Each merchant establishes its own independent return, refund, and cancellation policies. TOKE LLC does not set, enforce, or guarantee these merchant policies.
5. Refunds Are Processed by the Merchant
Approved refunds come directly from the merchant, following that merchant's own policies. Customers should contact the merchant directly regarding refund inquiries.
6. TOKE LLC Is Not a Party to Merchant Transactions
TOKE LLC provides payment infrastructure only and bears no responsibility for merchant decisions, product quality, or refund determinations.
7. Disputes and Unauthorized Transactions
Customers should contact the merchant directly about unauthorized transactions. Due to the finality of blockchain transactions, TOKE LLC cannot reverse completed transfers.
